Melinda Carlisle, M.A. is Founder and President of Critical Path Consulting. As an independent consultant for more than a decade, Ms. Carlisle has developed a singular blend of cross-discipline experience and expertise. She has worked with executive teams and employees at all levels for over 15 years, specializing in coaching, problem-solving, team processes and style/skill assessment. She established her own strategic consulting business in 1999 to support the organizational, project, and business decision-making of professionals in emerging and traditional organizations. She is associated with the Center for Axiometrics in Atlanta, Georgia, the Project Management Institute, and is currently the Peer to Peer Chair of the Silicon Valley Association of Start-up Entrepreneurs.

Ms. Carlisle assembles management strategies that work. She provides a wide breadth of professional services including facilitating the development of strategy, leadership development, skills training, organizational development, project management, and coaching. Clients include financial organizations, technology companies, non-profits, government agencies, mental health agencies, educational organizations, and professional service firms.

Working with executives and staff at all levels of an organization Ms. Carlisle has facilitated the development of strategic business plans, implemented mechanisms to improve processes and communications, and coached executives and managers to be more powerful and effective. A seasoned project director for over 10 years, Ms. Carlisle has led complex projects and was previously General Partner of her own design and architectural firm.

Ms. Carlisle is an active public speaker on the topics of change, leadership development, "thinking" and effective communication. She holds a bachelor's degree from San Jose State University, and holds a master's degree in counseling and a certificate in conflict mediation, both from Fresno Pacific University's Center for Peacemaking and Conflict Studies in Fresno.
